The SSCOR S-SCORT III Portable Suction Unit is a durable, reliable and economical EMS suction device. The unit weighs seven pounds and comes “ready to use”. It is powered by an internal sealed lead acid battery which is maintained by an AC/DC charger or a DC power cord. The battery is rechargeable, and its standard run time is 30-45 minutes when fully charged. The battery is easy to change and costs less than $50 to replace.
The S-SCORT III has an outer red cover that is made of a vinyl-covered-nylon that is durable, tough and easy to wipe down after use. It also has an internal foam core to provide protection to the motor and other internal components. It comes with a built-in pouch that accommodates patient tubing, catheters and other supplies.
The S-SCORT III delivers >30 LPM clinical airflow and the vacuum is regulated by a two-position regulator, allowing the operator to choose between full power (>525mmHg) and reduced power (120mmHg +/- 15%) for endotracheal and pediatric suction procedures.
This unit is economical to purchase and maintain. With proper maintenance and care, the S-SCORT III will remain in service well beyond the standard 1-year warranty. It is ideal for all EMS, Fire and emergency services.
