Molars are rarely knocked out due to them having three or more roots instead of just one or two. The main reason for the Save-A-Tooth - Molars Only version is to accommodate the stem cell harvesting industry.
Unlike the more common Save-A-Tooth, which features a retention system that gives each tooth its own slot (preventing any movement during transportation), the Save-A-Tooth - Molars Only version only has four slots that loosely contain the molars.
