Cardiac Science Intellisense^™ AED Pads are non-polarized pads that can be placed in either position on the chest, expediting the rescue process. The pediatric pads are recommended for patients 8 years of age or younger or weighing less than 55lbs (25kg). These pads may also be placed on the chest and back. Using the pad connector embedded circuitry, the Powerheart® G5 AED quickly detects the pad and automatically adjusts to energy protocols and CPR requirements.
