The B. Braun Medical Introcan Safety 3 Closed Winged IV Catheter is designed with innovative passive safety features to reduce accidental needlestick injury. From insertion to catheter deployment to needle removal, clinicians are protected by a system that is activated automatically and cannot be bypassed. The catheter is simple to use and requires minimum in-service training. It provides an added layer of protection and clinician control through a multiple access blood control septum.

- Integrated stabilization platform to improve catheter stability
