Frequently Asked Questions

Absolutely! The first time you log in to the site, you will be required to set your password. (This is for security purposes.) Once you are logged in, you’ll see that all of your account details have transferred. Even your order history from the old site will display in your account dashboard!

No worries… your points travel with you! Any points you have earned on the existing site will be transferred to your new point balance. Keep an eye out for more info on the new program!

Yes, they will! When you log in to your account, you will see that any supply lists from the old site have already been recreated for you. There are also some great new supply list features that you might want to take advantage of.

One of the best things about the site is that it’s easy to use! The online shopping experience will follow the same general flow that it does today. We will also have a help section that provides step-by-step instructions to walk you through various areas on the site. As always, if you have trouble figuring something out, you can always send us a live chat or give Customer Service a call.

Here’s the thing… we think you will love it! It has the same easy-to-use experience that today’s site offers, but has better product information and enhanced functionality. If you run into issues or have feedback, there will be opportunities on the site to share your concerns.
