  • Will I still be able to log in with my existing credentials?
  • Absolutely! The first time you log in to the site, you will be required to set your password. (This is for security purposes.) Once you are logged in, you’ll see that all of your account details have transferred. Even your order history from the old site will display in your account dashboard!
  • You mentioned an improved Loyalty Rewards Program. What happens to my existing Loyalty points?
  • No worries… your points travel with you! Any points you earned on the old site have been transferred to the new site, and are reflected in your account.
  • Will my supply lists transfer from the existing site to the new site?
  • Yes, they will! When you log in to your account, you will see that any supply lists from the old site have already been recreated for you. There are also some great new supply list features that you might want to take advantage of.
  • How will I know how to use the new site features?
  • One of the best things about the site is that it’s easy to use! If you run into any questions about functionality, check out step-by-step instructions in our help section. As always, if you have trouble figuring something out, you can send us a live chat or give Customer Service a call.

  • What if I don’t like the site?
  • Here’s the thing… we think you will love it! It has the same easy-to-use experience that our legacy site offered, but has better product information and enhanced functionality. If you run into issues or have feedback you’d like to share, please fill out our online survey. We will be evaluating these daily, and take your suggestions very seriously.
