Licensing & Compliance
Our standards. Your trust.
Our distribution center has received Drug Distributor Accreditation from the National Association of Boards of Pharmacy (NABP). The Drug Distributor Accreditation is for facilities engaged in the act of wholesale drug distribution. To become accredited, facilities must undergo a criteria compliance review, which includes: a rigorous review of their operating policies and procedures; licensure verification; a survey of a facility’s operations; and screening through the NABP Clearinghouse.
State and Nationally Licensed
We are registered with the federal government, and licensed in every state that requires a license. Rest assured – your purchases will not be contaminated, improperly stored or transported, ineffective or unsafe.
The National Association of Boards of Pharmacy (NABP) reviews pharmacies and medication-related websites to ensure that they are properly licensed and follow applicable laws and business best practices. We have received .pharmacy certification from the NABP.
Emergency Medical Products, and our parent company, Sarnova, have had an outstanding rating with the Better Business Bureau® (BBB) since 2004. Complaint history, time in business and transparent business practices are just a few of the factors that the BBB considers in the creation of their rating.
The Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) is a set of security standards designed to ensure that all companies that accept, process, store or transmit credit card information maintain a secure environment. We are in full compliance with PCI standards.
The Drug Supply Chain Security Act (DSCSA) outlines steps to build an electronic, interoperable system to identify and trace certain prescription drugs as they are distributed in the United States. We maintain all appropriate state and federal licenses for our distribution centers, and comply with all applicable provisions under the DSCSA.
