2011-02-11T15:04:59
Smoking. High blood pressure. High blood cholesterol. Diabetes. Being overweight or obese. Physical inactivity. How do these controllable risk factors affect your risk of heart disease, stroke and metabolic syndrome?

The risk assessment tool is for use by people aged 20 or older who do already have heart disease or diabetes.
