Per Federal Law, all of the items listed on this webpage are prescription drugs and/or devices. Before your account can receive these items, we must have a completed Prescription Drug Authorization Form on file signed by your Medical Director. Orders from individuals will not be accepted.
PLEASE NOTE: There is a $7.50 handling fee per narcotic order and all narcotics will be sent out on their own separate order.

All orders are shipped UPS Ground except for certain larger orders, ambulance cots, etc. which ship via commercial trucking service.
