The Laerdal V-Vac Manual Suction Unit is a simple and efficient suction unit for first responders and a reliable backup for emergency health care providers. The disposable cartridge reduces cross contamination risk. The soft tip of the intake valve has deep cutouts to prevent tube occlusion, and also soft tissue injury, when the tip is held against the back of the throat. The tri-cut valve resists backflow of suctioned matter. Maximum suction exceeds 380 mmHg and peak airflow is over 70 LPM.
