The use of cold treatment or cryo therapy for injuries has been medically recognized as beneficial for years. The application of these cold packs produces an anesthetic effect, relieving aches and pain. Insta-Cold cold packs are a convenient way to handle cold compress therapy. It contains two chemicals that react together to produce chilling temperatures almost instantly. No refrigeration is required for these cold packs. Insta-Cold cold packs contain no hazardous ammonium nitrate which can cause burns.
