Mettag In-Hospital Emergency Room Patient Identification Tag
Mettag In-Hospital Emergency Room Patient Identification Tag Description:
The In-Hospital Emergency Room Patient Identification Tag (ER142) features a triplicate interface on the front side for recording patient information such as name, address, and date of birth, while the reverse side of the tag provides emergency room physicians a place for recording diagnosis and treatment information specific to that patient's injuries. Another unique feature is the personal property marker attached to the bottom of the ER142. This perforated marker denotes the patient's unique ID code and can be removed from the identification tag and placed with the patient's personal belongings, via the provided loose-end tie, for easier identification and tracking. When treatment is completed, the two frontmost layers of the ER142 can be removed and presented to the hospital's Admissions and Information desks, respectively, while the remaining tag, containing the patient's personal and diagnosis information, can then be filed with the patient's records.
