The Con Space Communications Vital Sound Headset is a new and innovative solution to an old problem. Rescue Workers, Medical Personnel and Paramedics have had to struggle with correctly assessing a patient in a noisy environment, or when surrounded by distractions. When used with a PureTone stethoscope the Vital Sound Headset diminishes background noise and allows the user to better hear "vital sounds" (i.e. heart, bowel and lung sounds) from the body. The unique Vital Sound acoustic seals allow the eartips of a PureTone stethoscope to pass through the walls of the ear cups, yet keep the ears isolated against background noise. The Vital Sound Headset was invented by a medical professional for the medical community.
